I love whenever I come into this office and I just feel welcomed, and I can tell all the people are very experienced and professional everyone there is very friendly and i truly enjoy going there. I love how they have so many colors of braces that you can have and its very nice to be able to change them every visit I also met their dog Nova! who is the cutest kindest dog you can ever meet, all in all I recommend queen city smiles for everyone

My son says 10 out of 10 care.
Our regular orthodontist is closed for the holidays but my son's wire came off his braces and was hurting him badly. Queen City smiles rescued us with a same day appointment to cut his wire and make sure that he was safe and out of pain. We are so grateful.

They are really sweet and kind. And I love all the colors they have for the braces.

I absolutely LOVE this office. It’s always very warm and inviting. The staff is very professional, caring, and friendly. It’s always a plus if you happen to have an appointment when Nova is there. He’s the cutest dog ever!

Recently, I got my son’s braces done at Queen City Smiles. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and immediately erased all concerns I had for my son. With their thorough explanation of the operation, and their reassuring words and expertise, I was ww very happy with how Queen City smiles did my sons braces. Even after I got my sons braces, queen city smiles showed great service and took my son in to fix any problems he had for no questions asked. Also, probably my favorite part, their waiting room is decorated beautifully and has free drinks and coffee to keep you engaged, overall, Queen City Smiles is a great orthodontic practice and is a great place to get your teeth perfect.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Kera is amazing. They also do great work! Would highly recommend this place.

My daughters braces journey with Dr Tewari and her wonderful staff of Ms Stephanie and Ms Kera has been seem-less, full of knowledge and great support. The office is very beautiful and Dr Tewari told me she designed it herself, pretty commendable! Nova is a sweetheart and we love seeing him at the office. All of them go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. My daughter leaves the office happy. Highly recommend Dr Tewari’s office.

They do a wonderful job taking care of my braces!

My son is being treated here. All the staff are very nice and kind. This clinic accepts Medicaid insurance. After the first free consultation, the dentistry itself contacted the insurance company and after about 6 weeks my son had braces installed. We are very pleased that we came to Queen City Smiles Orthodontics!

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Everyone is knowledgeable and thorough in answering any questions that you may have about your treatment plan.

Everyone was professional, extremely nice and very helpful. Office was clean and neat. Work was superb. Even scheduled a follow up for me as soon as they could when I had a problem. Issue was taken care of promptly and fixed perfectly. Dr. Tiwari is knowledgeable and experienced. If needed. I would definitely see her again.

Get your braces done by Dr. T, she is so informative. The assistant Kera is super funny and will have you laughing the whole time, and Stephanie is dental and sweet. You’ll love this office.

And Stephanie is very sweet and Super Friendly! Also, super stylish office! Feels like you’re at home with the comfy chairs in the waiting room, the exam chairs are even comfy, I almost fell asleep! They also have a furry friend, nova. He gives you millions of kisses! If you’re looking for an office to call home, I recommended Dr. T and her staff! Super excited about starting Invisalign with them! They even have cool bracket shapes for my kid!
